I think that default point for new players should be lower or the way what you recieve points be different, because in my case for example: I started with 1500 , i got almost 1700, and now im almost 1500 again. I think if the player gets lower than 1500 he would create a new account. And i dont know why have the 1500 minimum points, if the player that dont have it, it would make the player create a new account.

i once was at 1430, now i'm at 2255. Getting your ass kicked in the beginning isn't too bad, you learn from your mistakes and you'll be out for revenge :p
Everyone started with 1500, why would the new people get less?
Also, what if you indeed lower the default points. Let's say it's 1000. if a player loses, and drops to 800, wouldn't that just cause the same problem? Whether it's a 1500 player dropping to 1300, or a 1000 player dropping to 800, or a 0 player dropping to negative points, the same thing will happen.
And not everyone is interested in making tons of new email adresses just for a game.

If you're good enough, you won't stay below 1500 for that long. If you're not good enough, what makes you think creating a new account will help you? You'll just lose and drop below 1500 again.
