Like special colour in chat or option to ban a player when he is defying my commands.

I don't like this idea at all. I can definitely see people abusing the priviledge. Also, all players should be equal. You don't see Ryan going around knocking people out of games just because it's his server.

I support this and I don't even have a table.

How about we let people playing on their own tables get 5 extra dice at the start of the game, but once they are killed off, every player get 3 bonus dice immediately.

Also if you play on your own table, you use 8-sided dice, win ties, and get the mp3 of your choice played whenever you defeat a player.

maybe you could just automatically be ranked first on your table...
