Triple both offensive and defensive dice amounts in each player's first turn; double in turn two.

Kdice is a game of luck (and also of skill, I suppose). If dice amounts are tripled and doubled in the opening turns, it would cut down on scenarios where a player loses his only legitimate stack in the first turn by a bad luck 4v2 play.

In the early turns, one such loss can be devastating. The multiplier would serve to balance things out.

"we should pick our opening territories..." ---> if this suggestion is taken, it does cut down on the need for my suggestion.

i dont see any need for such things. starts are balanced fine.
