at 3:44 PM, Sunday March 11, 2007 EDT the idea here is that all maps and initial start positions would be essentially even, with each map having a number of territories equal to a multiple of 7 (like 28 or 35). also, each player would recieve the same number of dice at the beginning of the game, either 13 for a 28-land game or 15 for a 35-land game.

at 8:40 PM, Sunday March 11, 2007 EDT sorry, i should have been more clear: by saying "uniform maps" i'm talking more about the distribution of territories and dice per player, not have each map look the same as every other map.
i say keep the maps unique, just ensure that everybody is starting out on a more even keel in terms of the number of dice and territories each player has at the start of rd 1. |
