I think it would be best to totally abolish the current score system. People make truces and beg for not being killed if they're about to lose just to get better scores, which ruins the whole game. I think there should still be different tables, but rather something like 'noob', 'average', 'pro', so that everyone can choose to play the game with people of about the same skill.

You don't like the scoring system, so no one should have scores? Good luck with that.

You might have better a chance suggesting that the option for non-scoring games be added instead of asking for scores to be scrapped entirely.

Might be another possibility... maybe you're right, then everyone who actually doesn't really want to play but just have score can do so and everyone else can just play the game.

Well, It would be difficult to measure skill. I've played over 350 games (combined on my accounts), and I haven't won enough to get a high rating, but, I have a knowledge of how to play the game, cuz I started in mid-december. Not to boast, my score is 2nd in the sandbox, and I don't feel I got there because of luck.

To get off of me, that's an example of how this game gets scored. The most experienced player could have a 1200, so you can't really score skill, unless you revamped the whole scoring concept, and based the rewards on individual moves, or experience throughout the game.

There are fluctuations in the rating, however max achieved rating, btw recorded nowhere :(, should give you a good idea of the quality of a player.

I'm with you , I love this game (used to play dice wars) but hate people going just after points and not enjoying it.
