On the spamite table, player Maillot finished in 4th place, by being eliminated from the table. In the left-hand status log, I (and other players, including Maillot) noticed that he got two scores. One was -6, the other was +42.

Also, a person who was at the table but not sitting & playing at the time reported that he got 50 points at the end of the match.

By the time the game ended, the two notices about Maillot's scoring had been pushed off my status screen. Here's the chat log:
