Table etkno, just now, I was red (#1) and couldn't do anything. I could click on one of my countries, then click on a neighboring country, and they would light up, but nothing would happen. All I could do is sit and wait for my timer to go out and put me away. I could click 'sit in' to not be away any more but that's it.
