what determines the dice you get after your turn

How can you tell exactly how many dice you're going to get after your turn is up?

at 8:50 PM, Tuesday December 19, 2006 EST What David said, plus add however many it says after the + sign. If you have all stacks, you need at least 7 to attack once. If you lose, you regain the 7 dice you lost, if you win you gain 8 dice to fill the new (if you added one territory to your max connected territories, which adds one die to what you'll get).
