It's a non-negligible amount more than a 1 in 16 chance of losing 8 v 8 4 times in a row.

It's not uncommon at all. Just make sure you can keep full stacks and keep trying.

Yep last night we where playing on 2 continent map, so i got the half and two guys the other half so, i slowly take some zones and its 1v1
but all 8s and i got some crapy rolls and that guy taken lots of my teritory... ofc he had to surender but we where finghting for 10 more mins and the crapy thing is that that guy lost my time XD damn i hate 8vs8

I once lost 16 8vs8 battles in a row (trying to take over the same area each time)! It happens... once every 15000 times, but it happens. o_O

you have a higher chance of losing an 8 vs 8 than winning, if you attack. Coz when there's a tie, the defender wins... So it's not that uncommon
