Why don't you setup the "Change Table" option so that instead of loading the 100 and 200 min tables lower on the list you set the list to sort so that whatever ranking you are sorts first.

i.e.

If I have a ranking of 100+ I would see:
100 Min Tables
000 Min Tables
200 Min Tables

If I have a ranking of 200+ I would see:
200 Min Tables
100 Min Tables
000 Min Tables

This would probably get some of the people that *could* and *should* be joining the 100 & 200 tables to actually do so more often.
