There are many "why" to the bots...
- why do most of them sit out early?
- why do they never attack n:n?
- why do they always attack until the end?
- why don't they connect rather than attack more lands?


The answer imho is, that they were created to get games going so people don't leave the site. So the basic idea is, that you win vs the bot and stay...
