Since we are all from around the world what is your favourite soup? Checkin shared some with me that I will try.
Mine of all time Bacon Hock with all the vegies and lentils, chick peas and split peas thrown in. Another would be the old humble roast pumpkin soup with some sour dough bread, nothing better. |

I love fresh Salsa, it's the best !! I make similar to most of these but they have given me ideas to try things. I'm not quite sure about the sweet potato and dark choc? is it good? The Poblano I am keen to try. The broc and cheddar I do one very similar but Cauliflower instead of broc. Thanks again :) |

at 8:57 AM, Saturday February 28, 2026 EST Oh also the the Finnish Salmon soup, I make one very similar, the lemon isn't optional it's a must I also add garlic and mustard. The fresh Dill ... it's so good. Make the base then throw the salmon in as you turn the heat off so that it is just cooked. So yum.
