Anti proxy rule

lets agree that a fight can take e.g. 400 turns. And then the game ends. Places are asigned based on connected land numer. Thus stupid proxies can't ruin all tournays.

Even the most brilliant idea that would make a billion dollars a day is wasted as nobody that's able to enforce or realize them is paying any attention.
