The first thing it'd need to dig into this would be some evidence that there is a chance for any modifications that involve programming. Up to my knowledge there is no indication in that direction - so why would you discuss ideas and stuff?

The one thing really needed right now is a mod or a few of them that check new accounts at least every other day and ban the newly spawned proxies. And this need is most urgent.

Let's just pretend it can happen! Haha - Some modifications can be made front-end without server side coding - but moreso - Imagine KDice was completely re-built.
