At the end of your turn you receive additional dice, randomly distributed across all of your territories, regardless of where they are.

The number of dice is not based on the total number of territories. Instead, it is based on your largest group of connected territories.

Therefore, it's typically in your interest to connect your territories, as you will receive the most dice that way. There are, of course, lots of tactical and strategic things to take into account, so that is in no way a golden rule.

But I mean in the late game when I have all 8 dices in every territory, theres a number that's supposed to tell me how many times I can try and attack another territory and recover all my dices. How does that work exactly?

Here's the basics. This assumes it is late in the game and you are fully stacked.

You should be able to see near your name how many stored (+) dice you have. You add that number to the number of dice you currently stand to receive at the end of the turn. Let's call that total 'initial restack size.'

An important thing to know is how many attacks you can make where you're still guaranteed to fully restack everything to either dice.

To arrive at that number of attacks, you divide your initial restack size by seven, ignoring the remainder. It's that simple.

Why seven and not eight? Because if you attack and lose, you don't lose eight dice. One remains, so you only need seven to fully restack. If you attack and win, you have gained an extra territory, so that extra die plus the seven will give you a full stack.

Does that help?

Yes, that was very helpful thank you. One last question. Do I recieve at the end of my turn as many aditional dices as conected territories I have?

You receive as many as your largest group of connected territories. So if you had two groups you don't get credit for both, just whichever is larger.
