lol this is classic, he did the same to me, He flagged for 2nd, he kept attacking the guy who had his 3rd flag up, I defend that guy because there was one guy with just 1 land for 4th. But than he just kills me because I was stabbing him? Can we please just ban that guy?

Can you just goddamn shut up already. Stabbing is not against the rules and will not be banned. Killing a fucking annoying whiner is not a bannable offense either.

MS is correct. Stabbing isnt illegal. Kind of misplayed it there TB by not getting a real flag, or even accepting such a bad one. Dont get mad at others becuase their strategy worked.

I am not complaining. I just want to show fellow kdice players how to win easily at 5k as the title suggests. I see that dug and monkey agree with me that this is the way to go.

And since stabbing is encouraged, while being friendly with a player is frowned upon, I can understand why kdice is such an antisocial game and why it brings the worse in people.

You read that wrong. Stabbing is not encouraged - usually it is penalized by the society sooner or later. Nobody said stabbing is cool - it just is not against the rules.

Stabbing is not against the few rules we have here. There is nothing like verbal flags to certain players in the rules. It is something coming from the chatbox - and as always, when there is words there is lies. You can't ban people for things that are not against the rules. All bans are somehow derived from the 5 rules there are. You might or might not agree with some of the argumentations, but it always goes back to the rules and how the owner and his moderators see them.

If somebody stabbs all the time it will be in his reviews. I agree those don't mean too much, but if I take a flag from somebody at 5k (very hypothetical I'd be getting one, I know) and he is in a position to stabb I'd check the reviews. Nothing positive in the first 20 - I demand a real flag. Anybody has bad reviews - usually you got a few good ones in there. You don't - something's wrong with you. In addition warning from stabbers will be spread.

In the long run, it usually doesn't pay. You ruin your the accounts reputation and your flags won't be taken any more.

Being friendly is not frowned upon here. It is accepted with a smile and a happy heart and no gratitude. :-)

It depends on whether it is just being friendly on the chat, which is OK, or repeatedly being friendly with someone on the board, also known as OTF, which is either banned (hardcore OTF being equated to a pre-game alliance) or is in the grey area (and earns you some bold PGA-accusations in your reviews and the forums).

Even stabbing is sometimes well tolerated by the community, depending on when it happens and who is the victim. (And how you sell it, of course, you'd need a fancy brand [dasstab?] and some l33t chatpwning skillz to stay popular.)
