Looking at top 100 from january he won ppg, dom, percentage 1st and luck. The retarded farmer should be punished.

On the other hand spring is coming and as Ryan stops hibernating LCs luck will return to the many year average. So punishment is self-enforcing. No action needs to be taken to have him reset.
