Hey guys.

Today i played "250 Daily".
On a 5players table was a flag for 3 of me and Pursey. The first both fought for 1/2. We was in corner and the 1st ranked asked to roll for 3. I said ok (because it was obvious) and called my roll on grey 4 stack: 30... Afterwards (in that round) Pursey said roll yes but i should reroll (dunno why since our roll was obv). He rolled 23. I called I already rolled 30... So I'm 3. I would even accept the reroll, but i couldnt disturb that 1/2 fight (cause i would cut one of them). So all in all Pursey used his rights and give me a gameban for a second. Think its obv missusing of his rights... what should i do? how could i get my rights? (Fgfx was also in the game and saw it, and also said it wasnt ok anyway to ban me)...

Yes, I was in that game and it was like Insulaner said. He didn't say something like "now I roll" or "mine", but in my opinion he was obviously rolling, since he just had that option to roll without cutting over players.
It was a misunderstanding, but I do not agree with the way Insulaner was gamebanned.

What a shame this is. Pretty awful.

I guess you should send the link of the game to Ryan for a review. A moderator using mod rights to game in-game advantages is inacceptable.

we spoke about this, and decided that if a mod is going to ban someone in a game they are in, they have to provide a replay of the game to show that they weren't power abusing.
