The forum's mostly dead anyways. A fun bivo accusation or review now and then - no damage done unless you'd start banning based on these. All that could happen now is him using alts or leaving - both alternatives don't improve the situation.

Thank you for making a statement about your reconsideration in an as prominent place as the announcement of the penalty. That makes it really easy to follow things and avoid unneeded posts.
