He is not being banned for stabbing. Stabbing is part of his shitty gameplay style but that's not illegal and for the 75th time, he's not being banned for stabbing.

He never respected any rule, he has trolled this site more than anyone else, he's a cheater, he has proven me dozens of times that he fucks up every chance I gave him.

So, in conclusion, I am never giving him another chance. I've spent far too many hours trying to behave and I've stuck my neck out for him more than I should just because I'm a forgiving guy and wanted to give him yet another chance.

I've gotten a lot of heat from players for always being too soft on him and now I'm going to agree with them that I was wrong in giving him so many undeserved chances.

This has nothing to do with dictatorship, you can only claim it is if you are a troll that refuses to see all the crap that Mulder has done and is doing.

To behonest, I'm growing tired of you trolling me about Mulder. If you like him, fine. But if you're going to keep trolling me about it and keep spreading lies that this is about personal reasons or that he is being banned for stabs only, I am going to take action.

The reason he has trolled this site more than anyone, is most likely because you unfairly banned him in the first place (without any legit evidence).

You keep saying you have pages or proof and that you've got "Hard, irrefutable evidence" but everyone is yet to see it. The only thing you are certain on is that he stabs, hence what created my first point.

Ryan has a selection of the screencaps that I took over multiple months. I have more if he needs more proof about offensive chat, more trolling, more harassment or more cheating (proxy, pga, you name it, I saved it all)

+ I gave Ryan a pdf file containing 60 pages of screenshotted chatlogs. I got access to the chatlog so I know it was authentic

it contains so much incriminating info, that also matched with moves that I witnessed at the table (so they confirm the IM coordinating of those pga games)

+ I have confessions of 3 people that confessed to pga ing mulder

+ I have Mulder admitting to me in chat that he pga'ed that month but he minimised the impact to less than 50k points or something

I'm not required to share my evidence with you but since I care a lot about justice (I only ban when I'm 100% sure), I sent the info to Ryan. Mulder asked him repeatedly to unban. Ryan looked into my evidence and agrees with me that he should remain banned.

I can accept that someone likes a cheater or troll. Makes sense actually for you to like Shannon because he's not that different from you. Weren't you banned twice recently for trolling?

What I will not accept is you saying that I know that I'm wrong or continue to try and spread lies.

Read his ban history. He has had more final warnings than anyone in kdice history. 8 -plays and 8 -chats. I have had one -chat which I thought was heavy handed for using the c word. I haven't used it again since just to be safe. It's really not that hard to follow the rules, however unreasonable he might think they are.

Moreover, his petulant behavior was rewarded once already. That lasted all of 10 days.

You keep giving him attention so he keeps coming back. Ryan should just fix it so that he CAN'T spam and it will no longer be an issue.

I understand that cheating shouldn't be allowed on this game, and as Agent and Co cheated to get the highest gold - that should make their punishments worse. But a permanent ban for being caught once seems way out of line? It's obviously bigger than this, and so must be some kind a personal issue between Jurg and Agent.

I hear this 'hard' evidence of screenshots that you both talk about, was doctored with anyway. So it doesn't really come across as that 'hard' at all. I guess that's the primary reason why Jurgen fails to show it.

And Jurgen you say 3 people "confessed" to being a PGA with him. Firstly that right there could be a bullshit lie from yourself just so you can justify your ban for personal issues. But if your right and they all did "confess", then they could be bullshit confessions from players anyway; that just want him banned for his stabbing and his shitty game play. That is understandable. Words from other players don't hold up as that great of evidence.

And what kind of mod that says he "has nothing to do with dictatorship" and cares "a lot about justice" doesn't show evidence for a ban of a long term player - so that no one can refute it or call B.S on it?

Everyone has cheated at some point, probs even you Jurg. I'm willing to bet the guy has learnt his lesson this time, so give him a second chance, and see what good comes of it.

@FlagsrWeak I've seen his chat spam, but surely that is an incentive to unban him? As it would most likely stop this constant trolling that everyone seems to hate.

If Ryan agrees with it all, then tell the guy to re-evaluate the situation. And Jurg, mute me if that pleases you. But that will only show everyone that you can't handle criticism and opposing views.
