Your avatars have constantly been in violation with the KDice rules about avatars. Banned 3 times by 3 different mods and then I'm ignoring the tolerance you got from the mods to use them anyway. Then there were these 2 other mods from other sites who contacted me in the last few years, asking about your avatars where I said "meh, leave it, as long as he isn't a complete douchebag, we tolerate it on Kdice"

Yes both your girl hanging from a cliff and the smurf licking the nipple are NOT PORN. Seems like I have to keep repeating that because people don't seem to know how to read when I say it's not real porn but they still violate Ryan's rules about avs: no genitalia and no nipples.

About the tolerance. Yes both avs were tolerated. There are other avatars in the grey area being tolerated atm. Why? Because KDice is a nice place where people can have fun and there is no need for overmodding. Where rules can be forgotten a little if there is no harm in it. You should be happy that we have such tolerant mods ;).

But when there are complaints (Johnson complained right before I banned it) AND when the player acts like a bad influence in the KDice community, I take away your right for tolerance.

Tolerance and respect is a right that you earn on KDice. But when you want to be a loverboy of repeated and well proven guilty toxic players like Veta and Mulder, when you hide behind an alt to be an ass in the forum, when you claim I'm just holding a grudge against people when I say I have irrefutable proof about his cheating, THEN you can kiss your tolerance goodbye bebel.

So you're bitter that he riled you up on an alt so it's effecting your judgment and making you act in a way that you wouldn't have otherwise about an issue that's completely irrelevant to aforementioned forum posts.

@jurgen: Thanks for stating this in that clarity (again?). I must have missed it before. If the god in charge of this place wants his rule of "no porn" to be interpreted as "no genitalia, no nipples" that's the way it is. I ought to live with it or live in another place. Simple as that.

Just for the sake of trolling (SCNR): are copulating stick figures bannable by the definition in force here?

Jurgen, thanks for modding with so much enthusiasm for the last few years. And I mean it... even though you have a harder and harder time thinking you can be wrong.

To address your statements, 2 things:
- I dont hide behind alt to make my points. I have a lot of weaknesses but I don't hide. I have played this site under 1 account for the last 8 years and I thought it would be funny to try an alt where NOONE would know me to see if behavior of players would change when I play under this account. They did change.
Now, I was merely making a point under Bebel, because it was the account I played that month and it would be dumb to take Mulder defense under an account that never played with him that same month (ie: ehervey). I dont think it is that difficult to understand even for a mod.

- My avatar was banned last month after I did not play the entire month. So, based on your statement, I am more of a dick when I dont play then when I play. Not sure how it makes sense but I guess I have to trust you on that one. You are the mod in the end.

Actually, I just realized you banned my avatar in July. The point you made is correct. You did take my avatar away from me after I took Mulder defense. A bit below the belt, as telling everyone who Bebel was after I allowed myself to take Mulder defense, but at least you are true to your word.

One of the differences between a dictatorship and democracy is the right to speak his mind without going to jail. After re-reading what I wrote when I took Mulder's defense (and God knows I dont like this guy), I still think that none of it was out of order. I guess the next step for you will be to ban me entirely from this site, because I dared to question your authority. Not entirely sure this is right thing to do but I guess you have the right to do it.
