People need to get some balls

Trying to start a 2k, on the 22nd of the month. Rabbid with 85k is sitting at the 500's. I saw two people with 17k sitting at the 100 tables.

Jesus Christ - get some balls you wankers. Just because you can sit at the zero tables now doesn't mean you should.

You are 16k in front of 2nd place, and you are worried about being 5k down for the day.

I rest my case.

Thrillho can no longer play at 2k tables today. We took all his points.

Well - usually you come here to have some fun. So you sit the table that will start fastest. Usually that is a 0 or sometimes a 100 table. All the others hardly start. So, either the limits to which you can sit a low table are re-introduced forcing people with loads of points to fill the high tables, or it just won't happen.

I squeeze in some games in short breaks, I'm not going to wait 20 minutes for a game to start (which I might lose in 10 seconds by a bad start or get ripped off by otf).

Take it - some people are not playing for the leaderboard but really want to play most of all. That don't mean they don't like the points, but that's 2nd place at best, the playing being first.

Implement proper limits!

Like:
500 limit for 0 table
1.000 for 100
5.000 for 500
20.000 for 2k

That would be way more fun in my opinion.

Those limits would mean that the top 25 or 30 of today can only play 5k. Unless they happen to be online the same time, they don't get to play.

I would like limits, but the numbers are not that easy to be defined. It might be a possibility to only enforce limits when enough people are online to fill those tables. E.g. if more than 5 persons with more than 20k are online, then they must not play 2k or below, else they are allowed to play 2k (unless those tables also can't be filled as well).

I would also like some higher limits again but I also think high point players should at least be able to play a limited amount of low level games a day (no point stress games).

With higher limits, you still won't be able to fill the higher table all the time.

So I would give 5 free games a day and after that, force people to play the higher tables by setting higher limits for the lower tables.

If people lost points in those 5 games, maybe you could give 5 more free games. The point is that people should be discouraged to farm safely on the lower tables.

If I look at the other side of the story, maybe some people just don't want to bother with all the drama on the higher tables and they should have the right to just enjoy themselves on the lower tables.

If you put on point limits I pretty much can't play kdice at night at all. Takes like 30 minutes to fill a 500 game and you can pretty much forget 2k. I clearly don't get anything out of a 0 or 100 table but sometimes I just want to play.

2 random remarks

1) Another option would be something similar to the good old days when table limits depended on how many people were above a specific amount of points

something like top 100 need to play 2k minimum unless there are less than X top 100 players online.

2) Scaled kill points are still on their way. I think bigger kill points will both help in getting less weakflags on higher tables but will hopefully draw more people to the higher tables (same risks as in the past, bigger rewards)
