can't add friends :*((((

So I made an alternate account and I can't add friends on it. So lonely :( What do I need to do to add friends? It just gives me an error message saying I can't add friends. I also can't post on the forum or post player reviews on the account.
I'd also like to stop receiving email notifications of people who add me as a friend on the account. Is that a setting somewhere? |

at 6:11 AM, Wednesday December 25, 2013 EST Ryan implemented that because there was a troll on pokr not so long ago who made insulting account names and "friended" ppl and mods to harass them
so we suggested that you needed to be a certain level before you could do that (same for the use of the forum) So far so good I guess. The problem is that it's not really clear when you unlock now. I did ask Ryan a few times but dunno when exactly. |

Yeah I was getting an error saying you need to be like level 10 or something before I can add people, then I reached that and it started just giving me the error saying "You can't add people" so I wasn't sure what the requirement was or if it was just broken.
