Usually you can stay and take the kill. Sometimes it just takes too long. I find it more annoying if people leave and don't flag out.

Panz, you have been around long enough to know that Kdice was built on the backs of pussies laming up the game. (round 2 v-flags, etc)

Do we need the original flag system back? Where everyone needs to flag for the game to end. Nobody is knocked out.

It might slow the game down some, as people who want to instadeath flag out and start a new game, no longer can. Also, it will piss lots of the non-2007 people off, as the old goons destroy them with ninja flags. Also, the forums will become overloaded with bitching.

Despite all that, I am still 100% for it. I always embrace changes to the game. Always fun to race everyone else to see who can figure out the new strats quickest.

I have always said flagging for position has created nothing but stagnant game play. Either go instadeath with no position or go back to elo era flags. I think the elo flags would be less painful for the current players to adapt to though and I think it adds a pretty enjoyable mechanic. The ability to flag and unflag removes the necessity of having to "vflag" and people can be more concerned over their own position.

never got to see the old flagging system in action. would love to try it out.
