Isn't the point to get the game going quicker? If 5 people sit down, a count down starts at 45 seconds. If a sixth person sits down when the timer is at 2 seconds, it resets to 45 seconds. If they stand up again at 2 seconds remaining, it resets to 45 seconds. I understand if it drops below 5 to reset it, but otherwise just let it roll. Aside from being annoying it opens up to trolls sitting and standing to prevent a game from starting.
