Is Ryan playing on others accounts?

i have been seeing people with same sort of avatar as ryan but they play but don't try to win. Have been seeing people sitting in with same avatar as ryan but in the picture stuff is switched around. When i see them playing they sit in then either play round 1 or just lag out right away and making the account lose points and when you try to talk to the people they don't respond. Wanted to know what was going on with that if someone could give me an answer please tell me because i was wondering.
