This guide will show users who prefer using Safari as theire main browser how to get all the Kdice plugins (or any userscripts) in theire Safari browser.
Basicly it's just a extention that works the same way as greasemonkey. But since safari doesn't have/suport greasemonkey you can't get userscripts to work in it. So i found this extention called Ninja Kit, it will work the same way as greasemonkey (more or less), it's great, iv'e tested it and it works smoothly every time! tl;dr here is what you do 1. Install Ninja Kit here: http://translate.google.com/translate?js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=1&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fd.hatena.ne.jp%2Fos0x%2F20100612%2F1276330696&sl=auto&tl=en the program is partually in japaneese but it's easy to figure out :p 2. restart the browser 3. install any script you want :) Ps. For Kdice scripts there are 3 scripts that are working properly at this time. It's deadcode's script: (auto end, private notes, highlight flags and bigger chat): http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/102923 Kakku man's luck plugin: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/91990 Cpt. Kdice's auto end: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/67955 =) |

if you have dc-tools, you don't need autoend, do you? And kakku man's luck plugin is malfunctioning with mozilla AND you don't have it turned on with the screenprint. It messes up the stats-page in the profile. Is that any better with safari? ATM I think dc-tools is the thing you need turned on (e.g. for the nice playernotes to remember all the pge's one announces...). The luck plugin is to be turned on and off at demand. |

at 11:34 AM, Friday October 28, 2011 EDT yeah my bad, i didin't notice the luck plugin wasn't loaded when i took the print screen.
Ninja Kit should work exactly as greasemonkey does, so you still have to turn off the extention and reload the page if you want his luck plugin to be there :) everything works as it does in mozilla basicly. And no i don't need the auto end from cpt. moz but i had it with the image to show it's working :) new SS http://screencast.com/t/Ypxgxfz0R2 |
