Furthermore dead forgets he is the one who admits to be a political extremist (he wants the government to only consist of an army, police force, and court system). I praise moderate stances on subjects, granted I am moderate for the grander world spectrum of public policy not the microcosm that is domestic US politics. Point is dead has really crazy political beliefs and does not at all address the topic (instead he took the opportunity to attack my character - why? I am not sure. Then again extremists aren't the most rational gents are they).

If I buy some gold; hold on to it and sell it for a profit; how did I harm society? Well guess what; that is speculation. When you buy a house... yup speculation. Planning on starting a business? Speculation again. MrK; what exactly the the damaging part of speculation again? If you are saying that governments should not speculate with taxpayer dollars; then maybe you are on to something; but I'm completely confused about how someone speculating with their own money is bad. Please explain this to me... |
