at 4:18 PM, Wednesday October 13, 2010 EDT WRX is basically the old version of the STi: changes include a different turbocharger VF43 equipped with a slightly larger wastegate port to prevent boost creep (VF43, as opposed to VF39 in the WRX) and revised gearing on the 6 speed manual transmission. They also use top feed injectors in the STi instead of side feed injectors in the WRX. They also differ in their TVG Tumble Valve Generators) used for emissions on cold start-ups.
