Kamakazi, they are NOT the same. PGA is when there is an agreement arranged BEFORE the game. Once the game has started, it can just be good strategy to leave a neighbor alone if you know they will understand and reciprocate. Truces are part of the game, and can help you win. Also I think you mean "pacts" and not "Packs". |
