A pga would be when you plan pre-game to help each other out.

A silent truce develops in game where two players both hope the other notices that they weren't attacking each other and can do well if they don't start. They don't want to announce it in the chat because they're hoping the other players won't notice. This, of course, leads to lots of arguing when one player thinks there is a silent truce and the other then wrecks them. :)

in conclision, it is safer to do silent truces with your friends only

which leads people to believe it is a pga
