so I was playing a 0 table (i know i suck) and as always there was some noob who didn't know what a flag was, so we had a revolt. I earlier had to explain what a flag was to him so I explained what a revolt was. In the end purp (SoulSalvage) lost the revolt because he would only attack once eve though he had 17 terr. and +32.
He did so because of this great explanation of a revolt:
