because they think they can avenge that way. they want you to feel bad.
they think that their penis gets bigger with every single bad review.
because they are crying fat kids that have too much aggression.
parents bought them too many electronics. that's relevant.
because they are noobs.

You know who's worse than people who leave stupid reviews?

Crybabies who whine about their reviews like it means anything.

It's very simple.

1) They all believe that all v-flags should be accepted and they get royally pissed when their flag is rejected.

Review = bad

2) The average player is under the age of 16 and has not mature enough the comprehend game strategy.

Review = angry bad

3) Since average players are young, most have never experience intimacy with the opposite sex and have more rage to express. Hormones are vicious.

Review = unrelenting (unless they have "relieved themselves" to release their stress) Then, Review = bad

4) They believe any two players who don't attack each other after 4 rounds are PGA. Even when it makes no senses strategically to hit one of your neighbors.

Review = Crazy bad

5) Some who appear to be noobs are actually experienced players playing an alt account in effort to manipulate the board into revolting. When their revolt efforts don't work, you damage their fragile egos.

Review = Shit (tainted green with envy)

stage 1) ppl start calling you that (pga, ass, stupid) in chat when u do something wrong.

stage 2) you start calling them that in the reviews, "to warn everyone or coz you'r frustrated and u don't know what to do beside writing them a bad review".

stage 3) you start to PGE the ones that piss u off, and even write Good reviews for the exceptionally good noobs.

stage 4) you don't Pge or review. you just play the game by your rules, only luck screw you and not players.

being a half noob i still write reviews when i am angry which also still happens quite frequently, but marsyas made a good point there... we should also not forget to write good reviews.... actually i do read reviews about players, some ar equite helpful and if the same stuff reoccurs you kow it`s kinda true... thy do make sense to investigate, e.g. in tourneys about the players with the top scores and their lpaystyles, what to be beware off ( e.g. backstabbing, trucing, not accepting or going back on flags )
