why do you guys think more mods will help? They already chose two of, in my opinion, the most qualified players for the job, and that didn't accomplish shit. If Thrax and Verms weren't able to accomplish anything, what makes you guys think new mods will? Clearly it's a shitty job and not worth the time involved

thrax and verms DID help, and the reason shit still happens is because they got real lives too, i.e. families to take care of. so, 95% of the time, the site is basically self-moderated.

i think the general theory is that if you name 10 new mods (who also have busy lives, ofc), all of a sudden, the site is policed 50% of the time, give or take, and requires a significantly smaller amount of self-policing. only one way to find out: name a lot of new trustworthy mods. as long as you can trust them, might as well name as many as you can, imo.

Monte you know as well as anyone, that we have been telling Ryan this for years. TCS was just trying to use his small bit of influence on Ryan's lifelessness to implement the idea. So imo people should back off of TCS and chill a little, because he went on a useless mission anyways. It's Ryan's fault, so if anything bitch about him. (He's too busy working on his kitchen to care about us anyways)

the problem is that mods try to mod something that shouldnt be mod...and the things that should be modded are not
