Alright,
Mods need to come together and decide what punishments will be dished out for what actions. This has already been done for nuking, sharing, or "pinging", which all receive perma-bans, but what is the punishment for PGAing. I have heard Thrax say that first offense (for PGA) is 1 week, second is a month, and third is perma, but I have never seen this enforced. And at the same time other mods have completely different systems. In many cases people are serving different amounts of time for the exact same actions, and to be frank, it's complete bullshit. I'm not asking to harshen or lessen punishments, but mods should agree on certain penalties that are the SAME for everyone. Please understand that I'm not asking to extend Travis', Adam's, or Chase's ban, but Kdice_CPR, I AM SPARTICUS, and fcuku_, were given a two week for a 3 way PGA at a 500 table, and at the same time yougruesomehare and I, were given a one month ban (yes it was let go a week early) for the same exact thing. And please don't use the excuse that hare and I have a "Record", and that Kdice_CPR, I AM SPARTICUS and fcuku_ dont. Its Travis, Chase, and some shared Adam account for christ sake, you cant get much more of a record than that. I'm not trying to be a victim here, but I'm just saying that if MODS agree on the punishments (FOR EVERYONE), the site will be much less biased towards top players, and penalties for cheating will be dished out much more equally. Hopefully a few mods will read this... trendz |
