Bug with membership points?

I know this is probably the wrong place to post this question but I don't have the email for any admins so...
I signed up last week for three months and got my 2500 point bonus at the time but when I logged in today to start the new month, I have zero points even though I still have my membership medal and should have 2500 to start. Am I missing something obvious? |
