Can someone please explain how the game places extra dice? I can tell you get more the more territories you have, and you can't have more than 8 on one square, but beyond that, I'm clueless. How does the game choose which square to put your extra dice on each turn? Is it just random?

at 7:24 AM, Tuesday December 5, 2006 EST I would really like to hear from Ryan on this. I also observed it seems to prefer border territories - even more so if the border is heavily fortified. However, when I have mentioned this during game play, other players tell me it is just random.
