Pina is cheating

I don't know how, but the player Pina is attacking territories 2 spaces away, as in territories that aren't bordering any of his. Please ban him as this cheating is ridiculous.

at 6:04 PM, Monday April 16, 2007 EDT Every time I've seen this it's been a bug that hurt the player and not actual cheating. If they refresh the map it might go back to normal for them.
