The first three rounds don't count. After that say you always have 10 territories. At the beginning of each of your turns your size would be 10, and Average Size (AS) = 10. Whenever someone is eliminated, your AS shall earn you points.

If everyone has higher or lower AS than you, you shall lose or gain points.

If 3 people left, 2nd and 3rd ally and beat you quickly, you still have highest AS and get good domination points. If they wait until your AS drops to 3rd, you'll lose a couple points.
