Why are there no 1600 tables?

There were ones before, now they gone.
So it was easiert to get to 1700 with 1600 tables. Now with 1690 you have to play with 1500 people... and if you are not lucky enough to get 1st you loose and loose, no chance to get to 1700 again, but a luck series...
