Refuses to allow people fighting it out for lesser finishes. This guy is clueless when it comes to dealing with flagging issues. Yes, I realize it is a grey area, but this guy is completely clueless on the matter.

did not let me fight it out, for 3rd, even i was bigger (then the guy on 4th, and i was flagged), just because the other guy flagged a turn earlier then me, i was going to get 4th. horrible missenterpetation of the ettiquette
