He was in 3rd, I was in 2nd, I "pledged" 2nd in the chatbox, didn't flag it as the flag wasn't available yet, he eliminated his enemies and moved into 2nd and flagged, I got upset and told him i pledged first. He did NOT have to listen to me, but he did and offered land, and I got my 2nd and he got his 3rd. A player like that is NOT a cheater. verify my story if you'd like, I posted about the same situation at Szabi_84.
