I like to think I'm a friendly and trustful person on Kdice. And I'd like to see who I can have a conversation with and trust.

If some loudmouth starts pissing everyone off then people who get annoyed or offended can silently lower there rep.

If some ally backstabs you then you and everyone else who thinks it was unfair can lower his rep.

Of course this idea would only work if everyone was mature enough to use it. Otherwise people would just vote down other people who were beating them and such. I'd love to hear some feedback for this idea anyway

It's hard to say if someone who backstabs or whatever deserves a bad reputation that would force them to not backstab people, I'm undecided.

It'd end up like the X-box live rep thing. People would just lower each other's stuff for losing or because they felt they got cheated or other idiotic stuff.

The easiest way to remove that is to not let people who abuse it use it.

Personally I think the risk of backstabbing is inherently part of trucing. Sure, note down someone who does it so you don't truce with them again, but this sort of system would imply it's against the rules to backstab somehow, and that I think is a bad idea

Eh I've seen things like it...it's not so good. example, how about making a half-dozen accounts and using them all to 'defame' someone?

well we do need something to distinguish the good eggs from the bad ones!!

No wolf what about making half a dozen accounts and using them to boost your elo rating (must be very easy to do) threfore should we just abolish elo ratings?
