Allow players to place their dice themselves instead of dice being randomly distributed.

This, as well as allowing players to decide how many armies they leave behind once a territory has been captured, would completely chance the nature of the game.

There is a game already that does this, its called Risk, just instead of dice, its armies.

I think the randomness is part of what makes this game so interesting :)

it would slow the game down way too much. one of the great things about the game is that it goes so quick
