In order to implement a no alliances alternative some boards would:
- disable chat for that table and
- do not load avatar and username.

you would basically be playing anonymous then.

I suggest this since Kdice is supposed to be strategy with luck. after alliances are formed there is very little strategy left in the game and it becomes a simple matter of luck.

I am not suggesting that all tables have this. Only a few for those who want it or want to play that way sometimes.

I think it wouldn't be too hard since it's taking out features already done, not adding to them. right Ryan? ;)

That´s your opinion. Ryan once said, kdice was about skill, luck and diplomacy.
But I do support your idea. A possibility to play without any chance of trucing would be nice sometimes. Though that would be a completely different game.

I sympathize, being poor at the diplomacy aspect myself, but it's part of the game, it should stay.
