Many people have had their Kdice-account disconnected from Facebook.
For me it happened in the middle of a game. I was suddenly logged out and logging in with Facebook just prompted me to create a new name. This disconnect happened simultaneously for me and another player I don't know the name of. We spoke about it in chat. So.. for some reason people are getting their accounts disconnected from Facebook. Some bug is triggering the "create new account" function or something of the sort. I know Ryan isn't actively involved, so making changes or fixing anything is probably difficult. If you can fix this for me and all others affected, it would be swell though. |

at 9:50 AM, Wednesday July 19, 2017 EDT Facebook switched to app-scoped user-ids. This means that when you sign-in kdice is getting a different id now.
If you're email is shared with kdice then we match based on that, otherwise a new account is created. I can manually switch id's in the database back to your main. Confirm here and I'll make the switch. |
