I don't like this at all. I don't like it when the big guys do it, I don't like it when a small guy like Ryan do it. I feel like someone is stealing from my bank account when it happens. Plus, I don't remember receiving a email before it automatically stole the money in my bank account.
Ryan, you should change the way memberships get renewed to a more transparent way, and an easy way opt out. |

at 9:03 PM, Friday January 1, 2010 EST Go to the "History" tab and look for the line that says "Subscription Creation To Ryan Dewsbury"...there is a "details" button near Ryan's name, hit it,and on the next page you'll see a cancel subscription button at the bottom.

at 9:04 PM, Friday January 1, 2010 EST Oh... how easy it was.
First I have to find the actual date where the renewal took place, then I had to click on one link about the payment details which was fractionned in 4 because of exchange rate etc, then I had to click to an obscure link about some subscription status with a number, then I was given the option to cancel subscription. Just really easy dudes, congrats Paypal. |

at 9:07 PM, Friday January 1, 2010 EST I do not have that option under the history tab MasterDD. Which makes the thing pretty damn hard to find.

at 10:00 PM, Friday January 1, 2010 EST I have the same feelings about your perceived deception. One month before my renewal in 2009, I tried to alert Ryan via email that I was not interested in renewing. I never got a reply from my email. Then when I went the paypal route, and I tried to cancel my paypal account it was impossible. Why? because I never signed up for a paypal account! So I have NO account information to prove I even have an paypal account. I got pissed at Paypal and figured that Ryan would take care of it. Well..I was wrong my card got charged when the actual renewal came around. SO, I was so pissed at the situation that I cancelled my frickin credit card. ALL BECAUSE OF THE SAME DUBIOUS PRACTICES THAT JOSE DESCRIBED.
