Rules of KDice minigames

To make KDice even more fun game then it is right now i am writting a rule set for 2 minigames : "1hit game" and "bot game". I'd love to include a team game 3vs3 with referee but Ryan doesnt approve of it so there wont be games like that.

"1hit game"

This game is basically where you have to kill a person with 1 blow or in other words "1hit" a person. Here are the rules :

1) Any "1hits" counts (even 8vs2 against a person who has one territory)
2) You can flag at any time (when you think its right time to flag and not let other person win)
3) Game goes by rounds : To win a round, one person must have more "1hits" then any other (if there are three people playing and two of them get two "1hits" and the other one doesnt get any, its a draw round and scoreline remains as it was before that round)
4) Any number of people can play this game
5) People agree about how many wins are needed to win the game and write additional rules before the game (if they want to add aditional rules)

"The Bot Game"

This game is basically when there are 6 "bots" and 1 human player (this is the perfect scenario, but there can be less bots as long as it is 4 or more bots). The "bots" are decided before the game. They act similarly as the dicewars bots do. Here are the rules :

1) "Bots" must make all the attacks possible (+7,+6,+5,+4,+3,+2,+1 and even)
2) They must attack till they meet a disadvantage (then they stop)
3) No disadvantage attacks allowed
4) depending on the number of territories when a person has a 11+ territories (30 territory map) , 12+ (38 territory map), 13+ (45+ territory map) ALL "bots" can attack only that person and no one else. Humans can still attack any one and play the game like they want to. If there are 2 or more persons dominant in the game, "bots" attack the player who has the most territories (if territories are even, they attack the one with most dice)
5) "Bots" cant flag nor respect flags
6) If you want the full experience on this game, i suggest you to not talk. Its more fun that way. (this is an optional rule)
7) "Bots" dont truce
8) Having "bot" in the name is recommended, but not needed.
9) Bots should point themselves out before the game starts
10) If a bot takes first while attacking the one ganged up on, he MUST attack everyone and play like he normally would
11) Its HIGHLY recommended to play dicewars and to see how actual bots play. Its like a practical lesson (http://www.gamedesign.jp/flash/dice/dice.html)

Its actually more simple, so i just recommend trying this game and having fun :) These 2 games are only to make this great game more fun. More games might be invented, so stay tuned.

P.s. If you want to play any of these games contact either Unlucky9999, Wicked!, Ph- or just organise it with your friends and have fun

I suggest another minigame version:

Annoy the Big Guy

This version is especially good when Big Guy has asked for flags but nobody has flagged yet.

I disagree. A one territory knock out does not count towards a one-hit. This was discussed at length in the warroom about a year ago when one hits were created.

*luckfest games:

everybody presses end turn until all players are at +32. After last player gets +32, 8v8 fest starts.

To have a faster game, you could allow everyone to have at least 3 (or 4 or 5?) connected lands.

in round 1: if you don't have 3 lands connected you are allowed to attack lands to have 3 connected (not 4, so no 2 lands connecting with another to make 4). After everyone has 3 connected, boring end turn part starts until everyone at 32.

*1 v 1 battles:
2 options: 6th and 7th to start get to 1v1 or two players chosen before the game get to 1v1.

the other 5 bots will have to:
-start with their largest stack that has a -x roll available and sacrifice it (or at least try to lose it hehe)
-all possbile -1 rolls need to be rolled for all stacks. Stack that don't have -x rolls have to stay until someone takes them.

* emperor battles:

2 teams of an emperor and two generals (+ a peasant willing to just press end turn). A team wins if they can kill the emperor of the other team

we can experiment all we want but in the end the best new kdice versions will have to be coded by ryan (*eagerly awaits august changes or additions*)

"The Survival game"

The newest and ,perhaps, the most fun minigame that i managed to come up with. You will need 7 people overall for it. If it is less, it will not work.

Before sitting, players choose which colour (or player) will become the "survivor". After the game starts, all other players target the survivor and must kill him before any other player. If the survivor kills any player or outlives any player, he gets a 1 point and the person that died gets -1. The more players he outlives, kills, the more points he gets. A player, who kills the survivor (survivor cant flag), gets 2 points. First player to reach 5 points wins.

1) Team killing is allowed as long you're not killing intentionally to give survivor the win (Like 2 players both have 4 points and one of them kills the other, so he would have only 3 points left)
2) Play only with 7 other players
3) Enjoy the game

P.S. If you have any questions about this or any other minigame, feel free to post here and ask

Actually, in this minigame I think the "target" should be the player who gets the 1st turn. That way he has 1st turn advantage and no one knows who it is until the game starts. Would make things a bit more interesting and random.

these games have been played on kdice, and on dicewars, why would you post this retarded shit?

1 hit? stop saying it like you've done it, you didn't create it, you didn't think it was funny for 3 months before other players started doing it. PS why are you posting this almost a year and a half AFTER we started doing it? waste of a post. </deletepost>

BOTS, go download the PC version of dicewars.

Wishbone, you cant get any better critique. Bravo.

*sigh*. Learn to read, kid. I didnt said I created, I said that I wrote rules for it making it an official mini game, so people, who were outside of 2k's could start and play that game as well.

Bot game is much more fun with people, but since you probably never spoke to a real girl outside KDice, so you might not know that.

And im sorry that you're the retard here. From now on I'll be nice to you, because I did not knew you had mental problems and its not good to upset people with mental disorders
