Contributor Tables?

Mine and a few others that I've come to recognize have disappeared. Someone said that the tables appear randomly when the server resets. Is this true?

at 9:24 PM, Tuesday February 13, 2007 EST I think tables appear randomly as needed, as more players sign on. But I can't prove it. Sometimes a given table will be there, other times not. Sometimes it will appear/disappear during a single login session. I can't explain it any other way.
